Announcing Our New Executive Director!

We are thrilled to introduce Melanie Wise as the new Executive Director of Together Nashville! In this role, Melanie will lead our mission to connect, equip, and catalyze Nashville’s church community for city-wide flourishing. She brings a wealth of experience and a heart for serving local church leaders. Here are a few highlights about Melanie:

  • Nearly 20 years of church and ministry leadership – Melanie has served in church and ministry leadership for almost two decades, developing effective programs and resources to equip pastors and ministry leaders, including a training program that has equipped over 3,000 ministry leaders worldwide.
  • Alignment with Together Nashville’s vision – Melanie’s passion for unity and collaboration mirrors our mission. She shares our vision of a church united both relationally and in carrying out Christ’s full mission in Nashville.
  • A builder of impactful ministry initiatives – Melanie has a track record of creating and growing ministry programs from the ground up. She founded and expanded a ministry department that became a core part of her organization, developing resources and training materials and equipping leaders to serve well.
  • Skilled in leading and facilitating diverse groups – Whether in small gatherings or large-scale trainings, Melanie has effectively led discussions, fostered collaboration, and created spaces where leaders from different backgrounds can unite around shared goals.
  • Strong connections in the Nashville church community – Melanie is deeply rooted in the local church and ministry ecosystem and understands Nashville’s Christian community well. She has built relationships with many churches and leaders in our area.

Melanie will officially step into the Executive Director role March 31, and we couldn’t be more excited for the future of Together Nashville. We invite you to join us in giving her a warm welcome! Thank you for your partnership in serving the church and city of Nashville – we look forward to this new season of working together for the good of our city.

Together Nashville is a transformational city network dedicated to the holistic flourishing of Nashville through the unity of the Church. Rooted in Jesus' prayer recounted in John 17, Together Nashville seeks to serve the Church of Nashville through building relational and missional unity in the Body of Christ in our city.
